In order for your charter to be firmly booked and a vehicle secured we must receive a signed contract for services. Please have authorized signer Sign & Date this contract and Scan a legible copy of his/her driver's license and email both items to reservations@gorobine.com. Any damage to a vehicle owned or operated by Robine Tours & Transportation during the individuals / group travel will be the direct responsibility of the representative named on this contract. All Payment(s) should be received prior to service date. Payments may be made by Cash, Check or Credit Card. Payable to Robine Tours & Transportation. By submitting this form you agree that (1) Service charge of 20% driver gratuity will apply for all transfers. (2) Company requires a credit card to hold and secure the services. (3) Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond luggage capacity. Luggage capacity: 1 large suitcase per passenger. (4) Company is not responsible for any left items inside or outside the vehicle. The client is responsible for check their belongings prior exiting and supervise them when driver is loading and unloading vehicles. (5) The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the trip by them or any members of their party. (6) Smoking is not permitted a fee of U$100.00 will apply for each carpet or seat burn. (7) Company is Not responsible for delays or termination because of unsafe road caused by weather conditions. (8) Company is not responsible for any missed flights. The Airlines requires you to be at the airport 2 hours prior domestic flights and 3 hours prior international flights, therefore we suggest you to double the normal travel time to avoid delays. (9) Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. | | | |
